MAX FACTOR - polish Maksymilian Faktorowicz also known as Max Factor Sr. Founder of the cosmetics giant Max Factor & Company

Maksymilian Faktorowicz (15 September 1872 – 30 August 1938), also known as Max Factor Sr., was a Polish-Jewish businessman, entrepreneur and inventor. Founder of the cosmetics giant Max Factor & Company , he largely developed the modern cosmetics industry and popularised the term make-up in noun form based on the verb. Born Maksymilian Faktorowicz September 15, 1872 Zduńska Wola, Congress Poland. Died August 30, 1938 (aged 65) Beverly Hills, California In 1929 Max Factor was awarded an Oscar by the Academy Awards for his contribution to the film industry.

A-maze-d: Green Labyrinths of Poland

I like puzzles, mazes and get really excited when people start to talk about treasure hunting and secrets (like recent news about the Nazi Gold train found by treasure hunter s in Walbrzych, Poland). One of my favorite movies would be 'The Gonnies'. Maybe that is why I am always interested in news about treasures or labyrinths...or a pot of gold waiting on the other side of the rainbow. Caroline - Karolinka This song is about a girl named Karolinka (Carolina). Karolinka went to Gogolin city and after her went a guy called Karliczek with a bottle of wine. I don't know what you want from me Karliczek, she asked. I already told you Karliczek, that I don't want you - she added. Then the choir sings: come back Karolinka as the guests are coming over. I am not gonna come back as I am sad and already on the bridge. Then there are different words depending from the song version. Ending says that Karolinka will not gonna come back as she is already on the bridge and she will not respond for the calling as she will do things how she wants and by her way and she will find herself a men that she really likes.
