This is a traditional polish soup (one of many soups). It is a meat dish in the form of a thick soup. Its name is derived from one of the main ingredients: purified and cut into thin strips crosswise portions of the stomach beef. It usually i a bit spicy. Served alone or with a piece of bread. Delicious!
