There is a tradition in Poland to organize a Christmas Eve for homeless people or for the people in need. Some cities organize a supper for the people counting on having a nice holiday atmosphere. In 2012 something went not in line with the plans. Instead having a supper people took all the food and drinks in less than 2 minutes!
In a few days a video went viral. There was one lady in a white hat and a kid in a pink hat (not related) in particular that went infamous as in the video the two of them can be seen taking soda bottles - as many as she could carry.
Not everyone did that. You can see one elderly lady (grey hat with a flower) picking up candles and putting them back on a table as she is looking at other people with disapproval in her eyes.
The title of the video is Chytra baba. Chytry means greedy. Baba is pejorative word for a woman or more literally an old hag.
If you liked above video there is another you might like. In short: a fish called KARP (eng: carp) is a traditional fish also served during Christmas. Ya I know it is not this particular time of the year but decided to post it anyway. The video is called 'bieg po karpia' that means a run for carp fish.
