Yesterday I wrote a brief on the New Star Wars flight with Japanese ANA Airways. Today is a new day and a new information.
Taiwan-based EVA Air has announced that this year from June it will release two new international Hello Kitty flight routes. Already people can fly with EVA Air from Taipei to Paris or Tokyo, Sapporo, Guam, Seoul, Hong Kong, Shanghai and Los Angeles. In June 2015 EVA will introduce new route to Houston (USA) and Singapore. Hello Kitty pillows, toilet paper, utensils, blankets, hello kitty themed meals. You name it.
Currently the Hello Kitty fleet counts 7 jets named: Shining Star, Sanrio Family, Around the World, Magic Star, Love Apple, Happy Music and Speed Puff. You can visit their home website for the details. Each jet is different. For example Happy Music jet has a melody theme and symbols of musical notes appear in the aircraft.
Speed Puff draws inspiration from the somesault clouds of East Asian folklore.
Shining Star is themed with Twn Stars Kiki and Lala.
